Rules & Regulations

Admission is open to all irrespective of class,creed and community
Application for admisssion of pupil should be sent to the principal on forms supplied by the school with the Prospectus on payment of Rs. 200/-
The Entrance Test: General questions are designed to test the ability of the child in relevance to the standard of the class to which admission sought, subject to permissible age, hence no book or perticular cources are prescribed. The child will be tested in English, Hindi, Maths and Science.
No student from another school will be admitted in class X.
The principal reserves the authority to grant, to refuse registration/ admission for any class.
Parents are requested to pay twelve month fee and conveyance also.

Strict regularity and punctuality, obedience in words and deeds, cleanliness of dress and proper care of books and school property are\ expected from every student.
The Principal may impose fines against loss or damages to school property.
No expensive articles, money or jewellery should be brought to school property.
Pupils are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behaviour outside. A discilinary action will be takenz against the defaulters.
Pupil suffering from any Contageous or infectious disease are not allowed in school they shall be permitted only on Medical certificates of fitness.
Irregular attendence, constent Negligence of work, insubordina-tion of teachers may lead to serious punishment.
The student should be punctual and regular.
Running in the Verandas, shouting in the class or school premises is strictly forbidden.
Every student should carry his/herdairy everyday.
Homework and other Assignments must be done without fail.
If school furniture, rickshaw van broken by any student. Principal is authorised to charge fine.

Fees must be deposited with our school oxford model school T.P Nagar, Kanpur. Timing 9:00 A.M to 2:00 P.M by cash only
Fees must be paid strictly in Time. A fine at Rs 25 per month will be charged in case of delay.
No student will be allowed to appear for terminal or final examination until all dues have been paid in full
Class 10th & 12th Sudents should clear all their dues before 15th February.
No reduction or remission of fees may be claimed on account of holidays or absence through illness or any reason.
Pupil whose fee are over 6 months will have their name struck off from the roll at the end of the relevant quarter and readmission fee will be charged along with late fee.

For Girls

Class P. G., Pre-Prep., Prep. (Monday to Thursday)

Blue colour Tericott Shirts with red & blue check Skirts with bib. Black shoes, red socks with blue stripes.

Class I to VIII (Monday to Friday)

Navy blue skirt and white tericott shirts half sleeves, Black Shoes & White Socks

For Boys

Class P.G., Pre-Prep., Prep. (Monday to Thursday)

Blue colour Tericott Shirts with red & blue check Pants with bib.

Class I to VIII (Monday to Friday)

Navy blue half pant with white tericott half shirt. Black shoes with White Socks. (For classes I to III)

Navy blue full pant with white tericott half skirt. Black Shoes with White Socks. (For classes IV to VIII)

Class P.G., Pre-Prep., Prep. :

All the boys & girls should wear full red 'V' Neck Pullovers.

CLASS I to VIII :

All boys & girls should wear Navy Blue pullovers front closed with 'V' Neck, with Navy Blue Blazers with School Monogram which is compulsory for all Full Navy Blue Pant with full sleeved shirt for boys. Navy blue skirt with full sleeved shirt, and navy blue leggings for girls.

Class P.G., Pre-Prep., Prep. (Friday) :

White Skirt with house T-shirt & white leggings for Girls & white pant with house 'T' shirt for boys. White Canvas shoes with white socks.

CLASS I to VIII (Saturday) : (For Girls)

White divided skirt with house 'T' Shirt.

CLASS I TO VIII (Saturday) : (For Boys)

White full Pant with house 'T' shirt. White Canvas Shoes with white socks..

In Summer

In Winter

Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities in maintaining regularity and discipline.
Parents are expected to see the cleanliness and civic matters of their wards.
Parents and visitors may see the principal between 09.00 a.m to 11.00 a.m everyday.
Parents should be alert in case of private conveyance. Parents should arrange to take their children home within 30 minutes after the school is over or the School is over or the school will not be responsible.
Parents and guardians are specially requested to notify the school of any change of address or telephone number.
We request the parents to see their wards to do their home work regularly. In case a student is negligent or misbehaves in the class/or outside, a note to that effect will be made in his/her diary for the information of the parents.
Parents meetings are held on the Second Saturday of every month & it is necessary for them to attend for the solutions of the problems of thei childern.
Parents not attending the meeting will be liable to pay Rs. 50/- as fine.
School diary should be checked everyday by the parents to have an update information regarding test and their child's performance in the class.
